You can type up a list of names or whatever you're using to choose the data, and then go to www.random.org. They have a feature called "List Randomizer" that generates a true random arrangement of items in your list, and you can then see the list and choose the first x (for example the first 50, every 3 names, etc.) entries/names to use for your survey, as they have been chosen randomly.
Make sure to press the "enter" key after every item in the list so everything randomizes independently. Try it out, and hope this works well for you!What is a random way to collect data for a survey?
