Is there any way to create a HYPERLINK with Filtered Data Results? How to do this?

I have summarized data in Sheet 1, I wanted to create a HYPERLINK to Sheet 2 where the details data were shown. But what I really want is the result are Filtered already.Is there any way to create a HYPERLINK with Filtered Data Results? How to do this?
1.) You have a hpyerlink on Sheet 1

2.) Upon clicking on this link

3.) Sheet 2 open and automatically runs a macro to display filtered results and you could close sheet 1 with script too, if you're done with it.
