How can I find if these data sets are significantly different?

I have two sets of data. A control group, and another group. The data is percentages of survival per day of 23 days. (It goes from 100% to 0%)

How can I test a hypothesis that one is significantly different than the other in excel? Should I be doing something with graphs and lines of best fit? what functions should I be using? How can I find if these data sets are significantly different?
*Excel will not tell you if a statistical test (analysis) is statistically significant. Enter your data into a statistical package such as SPSS and analyze it there. It will give you the significance level*
