Hi there, need to know what are the legal requirements to starting up a data cleansing (mobile numbers) company in UK?



Also much interested to know, what are the regulative bodies I have to be registered with or be a memeber inorder to run the business. Moreover, what is the procedure in geeting TPS data and from where should I get them.
