What to do to prevent unwanted data usage on Blackberry Bold?

I have a Blackberry with At%26amp;t on a 200MB plan. Im planning on barely using data such as the internet. What are some things that i can do to make sure that no application is unwantedly using data?

with 200 mb you should be fine. I had 500 and always used less than 40mb a month and im a BBMaholic and i send tons of texts each day and use the internet alot. They upgraded me to 1GB now but its still alot. If u dont wanna use alot dont use BBm facebook or emails alot.
